Its that time of year again where we all make a day
out of it and help grandpa smith castrate the cows
and cut their ears off!! As you can see, Jeremy is
showing an example of cutting off the ears.
The boys talked me into taking the honors on one
of the cows and i snipped both testacles!
all done! as my hands are shaking...
I took a step back to count the cows,
there were about 50 or 60 to do!
This is how they hold them down while they
performed the surgery!
I know everyone is jealous that they didnt
get to cut off cow balls for memorial day! But
if you would like to come next time, let me know!

Now that my mom's out of school for the summer I'll be coming down soon and we can play!
Bevin, you are the last person on earth I would expect to be castrating a cow. Way to go - I'm seriously impressed! :)
How sad! Why did you have to castrat them? Not to mention.. I can't believe YOU did that. haha :) Nice!
